Start with the right account
Copy the current username from the profile address, not the display name above the bio. Display names are not unique, and an old link may contain a username the owner no longer uses. If you entered a post or Reel URL, go back to the profile and use its handle.
Send a real request
Enter a public profile username, open the Telegram bot and send the username to request available content. To view available public Stories in your browser, enter the profile username in the search on the InstaLenso homepage. Highlights, posts and Reels are requested through Telegram.
Check Stories and Highlights separately
A profile may contain older posts but no currently available Story. It may also have a saved Highlight even when no active Story is available. Highlights are collections the owner chooses to keep on the profile. Instagram’s private Archive is separate and is not accessible through a public viewer. If you need older material, request Highlights separately; not every past Story was saved there.
Read the response, not just the button
A valid-username notice is not a photo or video. If the bot returns no media, check that you sent the handle, selected the intended content type and read the actual response. A missing Story, an unavailable profile and a temporary loading error are different outcomes. Repeating the same request does not establish which one occurred. A missing result alone does not prove that the owner blocked you.
Respect access limits and choose the next step
Private-account posts and Stories are limited to approved followers. A public viewer cannot bypass that permission. Ask the owner for access or a copy; never give a viewer your Instagram password or login code. For current content use the Story Viewer; for a collection retained on a public profile use the Highlights Viewer. Both tools continue the request in Telegram rather than showing media on this page.
