Before you open the bot
You need access to Telegram and the exact Instagram handle of a public profile. You do not need to provide your Instagram password. Start with a profile you own or have permission to check. A display name may belong to several accounts, so use the handle, for example @example_creator, or a profile address such as instagram.com/example_creator/. These are formatting examples, not a promise that the account exists.
From the website to the chat
Enter the handle in InstaLenso, check it and open the linked Telegram bot. If Telegram shows a Start button, press it. Opening the chat is not the same as sending a profile request. Paste the handle into the chat and send it as a message, then follow the bot menu to request Stories. If clipboard access was blocked, copy the handle manually. To view available public Stories in your browser, enter the profile username in the search on the InstaLenso homepage. Highlights, posts and Reels are requested through Telegram.
Read the response before trying again
Look for actual returned photos or videos. A welcome message, copied username or valid-input notice is not a retrieved story. If nothing arrived, first check that your message was sent and that the handle is correct. An empty result, a private-profile response and a temporary service error are different outcomes. Do not interpret every failure as evidence that the owner blocked you.
Stories are not Telegram Stories
Here, Telegram is the delivery channel for an Instagram request. You are not opening the separate Telegram Stories feature. Choose Stories for available active Instagram content and Highlights for saved public collections. A profile may have one without the other. The bot cannot unlock private accounts, restricted audiences or deleted material.
Privacy and saving the result
This workflow does not require signing in with your personal Instagram account. It does not mean that Telegram or InstaLenso processes no data. Never send passwords, login codes or session cookies to a bot. When media is returned, use the saving controls in your Telegram client and verify the file before relying on it.
