Can a public viewer open private Stories?

No. A private account limits who can see its Stories to approved followers. A public-content viewer cannot grant that approval or reveal Close Friends content. A service asking only for a username cannot turn a restricted Story into public media. Meta describes the follower-approval boundary for private accounts. Meta: private accounts require approved followers.

What a convincing fake result looks like

A page may display a profile photo, a progress bar or a blurred Story thumbnail before asking for a survey, payment, extension or app install. None of those screens proves that it retrieved a private Story. Public profile details can exist without access to restricted media. Do not enter an Instagram password, login code, recovery code or session cookie to unlock a supposed preview.

Check the actual result, not the animation

If you use InstaLenso for a public account, the website checks the username format and then opens Telegram. You can also search for available public Stories on the InstaLenso homepage. Send the username to the bot and judge the response it actually returns. No result can mean a wrong handle, no active Story, an access restriction or a temporary loading problem; it does not confirm which one without more evidence.

Safer ways to obtain restricted content

Request to follow the account in Instagram and wait for the owner's approval, or ask the owner to share a file directly. If you already have access through your own approved Instagram account, use Instagram's normal viewing controls. Do not create extra accounts or hand credentials to third-party tools to get around an owner's choice.
